The forms listed below are part of the Kila School Registration Forms packet. These forms do not need to be printed and turned in. The following forms need to be read carefully as parents/guardians will be asked to know and understand the terms of each form. The front office will provide a registration form that guarantees acceptance of all of the following policies and procedures.
